This insures that our service technicians spend 20, 30, 40 minutes (minimum) at each reoccurring monthly, bi-monthly, and quarterly pest service, respectively. In addition, the “meet” portion of our model directs our services be scheduled, when possible, while the customer is home. We believe all services should start with an inspection to identify concerns, followed by an application to address the concerns found, perform routine maintenance and continue communicating with a detailed report and follow up as needed to resolve elevated concerns.
